Removing


1. Raise the car.

2. Remove the two spoiler shields.


3. Loosen the wing liners from the rear of the bumper.

4. Lower the car.

5. Open the bonnet.


6. Remove the grille.

7. Fold out the wiper arms for the headlamps and remove the washer fluid hose, fastened with clips in the bumper.

8. Remove the right and left headlamp and combination lamp.

9. Remove the two bolts securing the bumper to the body.


10. Cut the cable ties holding the leads for the roof lights and unplug the connectors.

11. Unplug the temperature sensor connector in the middle of the bumper.

12. Remove the bumper by lifting and pulling the bumper forwards so that it goes clear of the attachments in the wing and front.


Fitting


1. Position the bumper and tighten the two retaining bolts.

Tightening torque: 39 Nm (29 lbf ft).


2. Plug in the connector for the temperature sensor.

3. Mount the headlamp washer fluid hose to the bumper, fasten with clips.


4. Fit the right and left headlamps and the combination lamp.

5. Refit the grille.

6. Fold down the headlamp wiper arms.

7. Raise the car.


8. Carefully fold in the wing liners inside the bumper edge and fasten the wings.

9. Refit the spoiler shields.

10. Lower the car.

11. Close the bonnet and check the bumper fit.

12. Check the headlamp alignment and adjust if necessary.
