Outer sill widener, small 3D/CV

Remove the splash guard from the wing liner and sill widener.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the scuff plate, taking care to ensure that the metal rail in the moulding is not deformed.
|

|
Remove the plastic nuts securing the scuff plate on the underside and in the rear wheel housing.
|
|
4.
|
Bend aside the wing liner in the front wheel housing and remove the clip at the front of the scuff plate.

5.
|
Lift off the scuff plate by bending the lower part of it away from the weld screws. Loosen the front edge, lift off the rear part slightly and pull the scuff plate away from the retaining mouldings.

Lift the scuff plate into place over the weld screws, hooking on the rear edge first.

|
2.
|
Bend aside the wing liner and fit the clip at the front
.

3.
|
Screw on the plastic nuts securing the scuff plate.
|
|
5.
|
Attach the splash guard to the scuff plate and wing liner.
|
