To remove |
1. |
Move the seat forward as far as possible and raise it to its highest position.
If the seat can not be operated lengthwise, it must be emergency operated in order to remove it. |

Undo the rear of the seat, 2 bolts.

3. |
Slide the seat back and undo the 2 front bolts.
|
4. |
Tip the seat, undo the cable tie and unplug the 29-pin connector under the seat.

5. |
Lift out the seat and detach the belt from the seat where necessary.

To fit |
1. |
Lift the seat into the car and tip it backwards, put on a cable tie and plug in the 29-pin connector under the seat.

2. |
Position the seat and screw in the front bolts without tightening them.
|
3. |
Move forward the seat and fasten the 2 rear bolts. Position the rails in the front guides. The
bevel gear
must be fitted if the seat has been emergency operated.

4. |
Manual seat:
Check the legroom adjustment to make sure the seat locks on the right and left-hand sides.

5. |
Tighten the retaining bolts on the rear of the seat.
Tightening torque 24 Nm (18 lbf ft) |
6. |
Slide the seat backwards.

7. |
Manual seat:
Check the legroom adjustment to make sure the seat locks on the right and left-hand sides.

8. |
Tighten the retaining bolts on the front of the seat.
Tightening torque 24 Nm (18 lbf ft) |
9. |
Connect the diagnostics tool and erase any diagnostic trouble codes.
