To remove



1. Remove the glass hatch.

2. Pull the spring off the shaft.

3. Remove the retaining screw at the front so that the guide can be tilted forward, then push out the pin.

4. Remove the circlip for the rear pin and push out the pin.


To fit



1. Fit the spring on the guide rail.

2. Insert the rear shaft and fit the circlip.

3. Insert the front shaft. Turn the shaft with cone end out.

4. Bend the rear guide and tighten the screw.

5. Refit the glass hatch.


Slide mechanism, adjustment of adjusting blocks


1. Remove the glass hatch.

2. Loosen the screws that secure the adjusting blocks.

3. Adjust so that the blocks enter their grooves without touching them when the sunroof is opened.


After adjustment:

Refit the glass hatch.
