Combustion chamber, auxiliary heater

To remove



1. Remove the heater, see alternatively .

2. Remove the cover over the blower fan.

Important

Note the fuel pipe rubber leadthrough.


3. Loosen the four bolts on the control module, remove the cover with the air intake and carefully bend out the control module.

4. Remove the connector and remove the control module from the heater.


5. Remove the blower fan. Remove the gasket.


6. Lift out the combustion chamber. Remove the gasket.



To fit



1. Check to make sure that the heat exchanger O-ring is undamaged and that there are no leaks. Replace if needed.

2. Clean the sealing surfaces. Change gasket and fit the combustion chamber, only fits one way.

3. Replace the gasket and fit the blower fan. Fit the gasket with the three holes.


4. Fit connector B2 to the control module.


5. Fit the cover with air intake and control module.


6. Fit the cover.
