On-Board Diagnostics
Type of diagnosis:| - |
Continuous. But interrupted when fault criteria fulfilled and will not restart until next driving cycle.
Enable criteria:
| - |
Crankshaft stationary, even after ignition OFF. Car stationary. The other two absolute pressure sensors deviate less than 10 kPa from each other.
Fault criteria:
| - |
Sensor value differs more than 15 kPa from atmosphere absolute pressure sensor.
Dependents:
| - |
P0336 and P0337.
System reaction to a fault:
| - |
Density compensation of the throttle angle is blocked. Charge air adaptation is blocked and zeroed. As a substitute value the atmospheric pressure sensor is used.
OK report:
| - |
Fault criteria for P1106, P1107 or P1108 not fulfilled.
Fault handling: (For more information, see
.)
| - |
Type III.

Diagnostic help
Fault diagnosis concerns sensor fault.Functions in the diagnostic tool related to the fault:
| • |
Pressure sensor value, unit kPa.
With the engine stationary, the value should correspond with the two other pressure sensors. Accepted difference is 10 kPa.
