| 1. |
Empty the clutch system (brake fluid) through the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder with
88 19 096 Bleeding equipment

Unplug the connector to the bonnet contact for the alarm if fitted.

|
| 3. |
Undo the main fuse box and put it to one side.
|
|
| 4. |
Undo the clip securing the deliver pipe to the master cylinder.
|
|
| 5. |
Detach the delivery pipe from the master cylinder and fit the locking clip.
|
|
| 6. |
Unscrew the delivery pipe from the slave cylinder connection.
|
|
| 7. |
Pull the delivery pipe from the clamp on the side of the engine bay.
|
|
| 8. |
Remove the pipe.

| Fitting |
| 1. |
Blow clean the pipe and put it in place.
|
|
| 2. |
Press the delivery pipe into the master cylinder.
|
|
| 3. |
Connect the delivery pipe to the slave cylinder and tighten the nut. Make sure the pipe does not touch the gearbox.
Tightening torque 15 Nm (11 lbf ft). |

Press the pipe into the plastic clip.
|
|
| 5. |
Fit the main fuse box and connect the bonnet alarm contact.

|
| 6. |
Top up with brake fluid and bleed the system, see
.

| 7. |
Make sure all the connections are tight.
|
|
| 8. |
Test the clutch.
