   The fastening eyes for child seats must be changed if they become out of shape after a collision or if they have been damaged in any other way.

      | 1. | Grind away the welds securing the outer fastening eyes. 
 
 
        Drill through the spot welds and remove the old attachments.

      | 2. | Apply a coat of primer to all the bare metal surfaces. Use Standox 1K Füllprimer. Apply a thin coat of anti-corrosion agent and allow it to penetrate under the attachments after painting.

      | 1. | Put in place the new fastening eyes.
