Cause:
Loose or missing rubber lug on the second bow mounting.
If the rubber lug is loose, adhere with Loctite 406. If the rubber lug is missing, replace the mounting, part no. 51 12 206.

Check that the rubber lug is properly attached.

If the lug is loose, grind the adhesion surface and wipe clean. Adhere the lug with Loctite 406.

If the rubber lug is missing, replace the mounting.
