Door window front seal, CV

To remove

1.	Remove the door mirror.

2.	Remove the door trim.

3.	Remove the inner scraper strip.

4.	Loosen the outer scraper strip at the front edge.

5.	Remove the seal for the door mirror mounting.

To fit

1.	Fasten the new seal at the point of the sheet metal flange. Use adhesive 30 08 075 3M Super Weatherstrip. Important Wipe dry the window channel before starting to apply adhesive.

2.	Press down the seal in the window channel.

3.	Raise the window and pull down the seal so that it seals around the front edge of the window.

4.	Lift up the seal and apply adhesive 30 08 075 3M Super Weatherstrip to the lower part.

5.	Fasten the seal with adhesive.

6.	Fit the inner and outer scraper strip to the door.

7.	Fit the door mirror.
