Base solid colour with clear enamel
All solid colours have now been converted to base solids with clear enamel except Monte Carlo Yellow, which remains a solid. There is a great risk that these colour systems will be confused when repainting.Cars with base solid colour are marked with the text BASE SOLID on the label for colour codes and tyre pressure. This label is located on the rear end plate of the front left door.
Ordinary single layer solid paint with clear enamel is not quality approved by Saab Automobile AB.
Spray and enamel applicators can be used as usual for smaller repairs.
Important | ||
Chemical products like paint, adhesive, primer and the like should be stored and used in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country. Always read the warning labels and directions for use on the product packaging before commencing work. |
