Coolant temperature sensor (202)

/ 9-3 (9440) / 2003 / 2. Engine / 4-cylinder diesel / Engine management system PSG16 / Adjustment/replacement / Coolant temperature sensor (202)

To remove

1.	Remove the expansion tank cap and retighten it.

2.	Remove the upper engine cover.

3.	Unplug the temperature sensor's connector.

4.	Remove the temperature sensor. Have a piece of absorbent paper at hand. Fit the new sensor quickly to avoid leaks.

To fit

1.	Plug in the temperature sensor.

2.	Replace the upper engine cover.

3.	Check the coolant level. Adjust if necessary.
