Headlamps

To remove


1. Open the bonnet. Remove the spoiler shield. Separate the connector and remove the contact piece. Release the washer hose where fitted.


2. Remove the bumper casing screws to the inner wing on the side where the headlamp is to be changed.


3. Remove the clip from the top radiator bracket.


4. Remove the front fixing bolts of the headlamp

5. Release one side of the bumper casing from the holder.


6. Place the casing under the casing holder. Remove the lower fixing screw for the headlamp.


7. Bend the bracket up using a chisel so that it comes away from the spacer. Lift the headlamp out.


8. Separate the connector.



To fit


1. Plug in the connector.


2. Tip the headlamp in and guide the control stud into the hole.

3. Refit the fixing screws.


4. Raise the casing below the headlamp and guide between the headlamp and holder. Press the casing back so that the casing lugs engage in the holder.


5. Refit the bumper casing screws in the inner wing.


6. Refit the clip to the top radiator bracket.


7. Refit the spoiler shield. Plug in the connector and refit the contact piece. Refit the washer hose where applicable.


8. Check the bumper fit and headlamp setting.
