To remove


1. Remove Gearbox assembly 5-speed or Gearbox assembly 6-speed.

2. Remove Clutch assembly

3. Remove the flywheel



To fit


1. Fit the flywheel with new bolts. Use 74 96 292 Thread locking adhesive to the bolts. Tighten alternately.

Tightening torque, D223L 45 Nm + 30° (33 lbf ft + 30°)

Tightening torque, B207E/L/R 60 Nm + 30° (44 lbf ft + 30°)


2. Fit Clutch assembly .

3. Fit Gearbox assembly 5-speed or Gearbox assembly 6-speed.
