Tyre Pressure Monitoring Module (753)

To remove


1. If a new control module is to be fitted: Carry out procedures before fitting a control module .

2. Remove the LH cover from the centre console.


3. Remove the holder with the receiver.


Important

Take care when releasing the locking mechanism on the connector so as not to damage the connector. Pull the halves straight apart to avoid bending the pins. For further information regarding connectors, refer to Connectors, handling and inspection .


4. Remove the connector.

5. Remove the receiver from the holder.



To fit


1. Fit the receiver to the holder.


2. Fit the holder with receiver.


Important

Take care when plugging in the connector so as not to damage or press out the pins/sleeves in the connector. For further information regarding connectors, refer to Connectors, handling and inspection .


3. Plug in the connector.

Note

Make sure that the switch locks properly.


4. Fit the cover to the centre console.


5. When fitting a new control module: Carry out procedures after fitting a control module .
