1. Wash the part with Teroson FL cleaner.

2. Sand the damaged area with a low speed grinder and abrasive paper (80 - 120). Continue with abrasive paper 180 - 200.


3. Rub the edges with abrasive paper 240 - 320.


4. If the scratch is deep, sand the edges smooth.

5. Mask the area surrounding the damage.


6. Spray with Terokal primer 150. Allow to dry for 10 - 15 minutes until the surface is completely mat.

7. Fill with Terokal 9225. Allow to dry for two hours.


8. Sand with a low speed machine, 180 abrasive paper. Continue with 240 paper and then 320 paper. Finish off with 500 paper.

9. Apply a new, thin layer of Terokal primer 150. Any pores or small scratches can be filled with Standox Stando-soft-feinplastic, max. 1.0 mm thick.

10. Paint as directed by the paint manufacturer.
