| Description |
The seat-belt system consists of two front and three rear three-point seat-belts. The system includes front and outer rear seat-belt tensioners. (Certain markets only)
The belt tensioner pulls the belt taut during the event of a collision, reducing forward movement of the driver or passenger.
The driver receives a seat-belt warning in the main instrument panel and in the SID (Saab Information Display) which monitors seat-belt locking. The passenger receives an SID seat-belt warning.
