Cars with diesel engines have three main fuse boxes while cars with petrol engines have four. The three main fuses boxes are connected to the wiring harness via connectors while the extra main fuse box for petrol engines is integrated in the wiring harness.
The main fuse boxes contain all of the vehicle's fuses and relays except fuel pump relay 102. This relay is mounted in the cabin under the right A-pillar.

Main fuse box 342 contains relays, maxi and microfuses as well as a control module with logic functions for the front section of the car.
Main fuse box 727 contains relays, as well as maxi and microfuses for engine management system T8.
Fuse holder 746 contains a maxi fuse for electro-hydraulic power steering.

Main fuse box 22 contains relays as well as maxi and microfuses for functions in the cabin and the dashboard.
The BCM control module is mounted on the main fuse box.
