On-board diagnosis
Type of diagnosis:
Enable criteria:
| Engine speed more than 2000 rpm. |
Fault criteria:
| Difference between present injection duration from camshaft (pump) sensor and previous injection duration is too large. |
System reaction to a fault:
| Limp Home, fuel limitation. |
| Cruise control switched off. |
Diagnostic help
DTC can be generated if the timing chain is worn, there is air in the pump or if the fuel filter is blocked.
