Performance loss.
A/C not working, no cooling.
Misfire at High RPM

On-board diagnosis
Enable criteria:
| Engine speed between 2600 and 4300 rpm. |
| More than 15 mg fuel/combustion. |
| NONE of the following DTCs must be detected: |
Fault criteria:
| Sufficient number of misfires detected. |
System reaction to a fault:
| Limp Home, fuel limitation. |
| Output to the A/C relay is switched off. |
Fault handling:
| Take note of how important it is with cleanliness when working on the fuel system. |
Diagnostic help
All causes for misfiring can cause DTC generation, e.g. combustion deviation in one of the cylinders.
This may be due to:
| • | Leaking high-pressure lines. |
| • | Damaged piston, cylinder or valve. |
| • | Mechanical fault in the engine. |
| • | Blocked or leaking fuel bridges. |
| • | Damaged sealing washers to injectors. |
