Memory functions not working
On-board diagnosis
Type of diagnosis:
| Continually when the engine is run. | 
Enable criteria:
| When seat operation is permitted. | 
Fault criteria:
| • | Motor, Seat Back Forward | 
| Voltage on the control module output is below 6 ±0.2V. | 
| • | Motor, Seat Back Rearward | 
| Voltage on the control module output is below B+ -0.7V. | 
System reaction to a fault:
| Output is switched off, tries however to activate the engine once each time the ignition is switched on. | 
Checking the wiring harness
Move the wiring harness at several spots and in several directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short-circuits. Check switches, connectors and crimp connections for oxidation, retracted pins and pin clamping force.
