Cylinder head, flatness check



1. Clean the sealing surfaces and remove remains of sealant.

2. Cylinder head dismantled.

3. Check concavity on cylinder head sealing surfaces length and width and distortion diagonally. Use a straight-edge rule.

Caution

the cylinder head must not be refaced

4. Cylinder head height (sealing surface to sealing surface):

5. Dimension (I) - 135.85 - 136.0 mm.
