Raise the car.

: Remove the lower engine cover.
|
|
| 3. |
Mark the position of the rear subframe bush relative to the body.
|
|
| 4. |
Remove the rear bolts from the subframe.
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the reinforcement stays.
|
|
| 6. |
Place
83 95 238 Wedge
between the subframe and the body.
|
|
| 7. |
Remove the rear bolt from the cap.
|
|
| 8. |
Undo the cap's front bolt several turns.
|
|
| 9. |
Remove the cap and bush.
|
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Grease the inside of the bushes with
30 20 476 Ball bearing grease
.
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the bushes and caps.
|
|
| 3. |
Fit and tighten the bolts.
|
|
| 4. |
Raise the subframe towards the body and markings using a column jack.
|
|
| 5. |
Fit the reinforcement stays and tighten the bolts.
Tightening torque, subframe: 75 Nm +135° (55 lbf ft +135°) Tightening torque, stay: 90 Nm +45° (66 lbf ft +45°)

: Fit the lower engine cover.

Lower the car to the floor.
|
|
