To remove |

The window should be closed.

Remove the
Door trim, rear
and fold down the water barrier slightly.
|
3. |
Remove the lock's screws
|
4. |
Remove the reflector.
|
5. |
Remove the clips securing the lock cable and wiring harness.
|
6. |
Detach the lock cover to the handle rod.
|
7. |
Loosen the handle's rod from the clip. Lower the lock unit a little to access the handle's nuts.
|
8. |
Remove the nuts from the handle. Take care not to drop any of the nuts.
|
9. |
Lift out the handle by:
|
9.A. |
Pull out the lower edge of the handle so that the studs release.
|
9.B. |
Pull downwards to get out the handle's counterweight.
|
9.C. |
Now lift upwards to get the handle's rod out through the hole.
|
To fit |
1. |
Check the handle's gasket so that it is in one piece and located correctly.
|
2. |
Fit the handle by:
|
2.A. |
Insert the handle's rod in the door.
|
2.B. |
Angle in the handle's counterweight.
|
2.C. |
Angle in the handle's lower edge and insert the studs in the holes.
|
3. |
Fit the handle's nuts.
|
4. |
Position the lock. Fit the lock's screws.
|
5. |
Fit the rod in the clip. Close the lock cover to the clip.
|
6. |
Fit the cable harness's and lock wire's clips
|
7. |
Check the function of the handle.
|
8. |
Fit the reflector.
|
9. |
Fit the water barrier and
door trim
