Ignition module, removing and fitting

/ 9-3 (9440) / 2006 / 2. Engine / 1.8 XE petrol / Simtec engine management system / Adjustment/replacement / Ignition module, removing and fitting

1.	Remove the engine protection cover.

2.	Pull off the cable set connector (2) from the ignition module (3).

3.	Remove the ignition module from the camshaft cover and pull it off from the spark plug with KM-6009 (83 96 335 Removal tool, ignition discharge module Z18XE (1).

4.	Put the ignition module onto the spark plugs and fit it onto the camshaft cover - tightening torque 8 Nm.

5.	Fit the ignition module cable set connector.

6.	Fit the engine cover.
