To remove


1. Drain the coolant .

2. Remove the timing belt .

3. Remove the coolant pump.



To fit


1. Fit the coolant pump. Use 74 96 268 Thread locking adhesive .


2. Fit the timing belt .

3. Fill with coolant, see Filling and bleeding the cooling system, Z19 .
