BACKGROUND

After SPS programming the fault code B1000 38 could be set in AHM / PHM this could happen due to the memory stack in AHM got filled with unwanted information.

CONDITIONS

Fault code B1000 38 is set in AHM /PHM

SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION

Poor cabin heating, heater does not start.

ACTION

Remove fuse 19 in UEC for 10 sec, refit the fuse and clear the fault code with Tech2.
