Replacement of bearing race input shaft

To remove



1. Press out the bearing race with 87 91 204 Sleeve, bearing race , with 87 92 236 Support, for fitting F35 speed gear for support.


To fit


1. Seat the bearing race using a plastic hammer.

2. Press the bearing to stop 83 90 312 Mandrel, bearing race, input shaft , 83 90 114 Sleeve 4 and 87 91 311 Sleeve, driver shaft bearing must be used.

To remove


1. Carefully tap out the bearing race with a hammer and a drift (destructive removal)


Important

Tap the same amount on both sides!



To fit



1. Fit (press in) the new bearing race until they bottom with 83 90 122 Drift and 87 91 204 Sleeve, bearing race .

2. Fit a new seal with 87 92 657 Fitting drift, drive shaft seals .
