ACTION

1. Put the gear selector lever in Neutral.

2. Lift the selector arm on the gearbox a little and put in the locking pin (tool) in the hole of the mechanism.

3. Lift the leather bellow on the gearshift lever.

4. The spring loaded sleeve has two hooks, release the hooks by using a pair of pliers and slide the sleeve down carefully.

5. Lift up the sleeve a bit and move the gear lever to the left towards the 1st - 2nd gear position. The "hook" should slide down in the slot of the gearshift lever housing into the adjustment position

7. Hold the gear selector lever and move it to the left and hold it in this position, lock the adjustment fastener by pressing the screwdriver on the (half moon) shaped part of the fastener, once again a click will be heard = lock confirmation.

8. Lift up the sleeve to it's normal position until the hooks are locked. (see pos 4)

9. Refit the leather bellow on the gear shift lever.

10. Remove the locking pin from mechanism on the gearbox.

11. Check gear selection during a test drive of the car.
