Main task

The front impact sensor detects possible impact intensity at an early stage and sends information to the control module.

Type

The sensor contains and acceleration sensor and a communication circuit.

Connect

Two leads are connected to every sensor for power supply and signal transfer to the control module.

Front left impact sensor B+ feed to pin 2 from control module pin 25. The signal from sensor pin 1 is connected to pin 24 on the control module.

Front right impact sensor B+ feed to pin 2 from control module pin 50. The signal from sensor pin 1 is connected to pin 49 on the control module.
