Removing


1. Open the bootlid.

2. Remove the inner handle and bootlid trim.


3. US/CA: Loosen the wire from emergency opening handle.

4. Remove the nuts on the opening handle.


5. Unplug the connector.

6. Press in the butts and remove the opening handle.


Fitting


1. Insert the cable through the centre hole.

2. Guide the handle into position by means of the guide pins.

3. Push the handle so that the butts fasten.


4. Fit the nuts.

5. Plug in the connector.

6. US/CA: Insert the emergency opening wire through the hole in the trim.

7. Fit the bootlid's trim and inner handle.


8. US/CA: Fit the emergency opening handle on the wire. Fit the handle to the trim. Check the function of the emergency opening handle.

9. Close the bootlid.
