Rear door's seal loosens

Applies to cars : 9-3 5D up to and including Vehicle Identification Number 71002441

Cause: Door seal is difficult to fit and the tape is not sufficiently strong to hold the seal in place.

Parts required

82 83 715 (sufficient for 25-30 seals)

Procedure

1.	Cut a piece of tape of approx. 10 cm. Secure the tape under the seal (A), as illustrated. It is not necessary to remove old tape.

2.	Refit the seal and press it up for about 5-10 seconds.
