Seat can jerk during start and stop.
On-board diagnosis
Type of diagnosis:
Continually when the engine is run. |
Enable criteria:
When seat operation is permitted. |
Fault criteria:
Control module sensor input exceeds 7 +/-0.2V. |
System reaction to a fault:
The control module loses end position calibration for the motor in question. |
Checking the wiring harness
Move the wiring harness at several spots and in several directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short-circuits. Check switches, connectors and crimp connections for oxidation, retracted pins and pin clamping force.
