Oil dipstick tube, removing and fitting

To remove

II Version Z 18 XE



1. Remove the retaining bolt (arrow).


2. Pull out the oil dipstick (1) from the engine block.


To fit


1. Push on a new sealing ring (2), onto the oil dipstick and oil it sparingly.

2. Put in a new oil dipstick until it stops in the engine block.

3. Fit the oil dipstick guide tube onto the cylinder head.
