Tensioning device for multi-belt, removing and fitting

To remove



1. Remove the multi-belt - see Multi-belt, removing and fitting .

2. Remove the right front wheel.

3. Remove the right wing liner.


4. Remove the multi-belt tensioning device (1) from the generator bracket.


To fit


1. Fit the drive belt tensioning device onto the generator bracket - tightening torque 35 Nm.

Note

The pins on the drive belt tensioning device must grip in the holes on the generator bracket.


2. Fit the wing liner on the right-hand side.

3. Fit the front wheel .

4. Fit the multi-belts - see Multi-belt, removing and fitting .
