| 1. |
Undo the expansion tank cap and release the pressure.
|
|
| 2. |
Raise the car, remove the lower spoiler shield
|
|
| 3. |
Place a receptacle under the car, connect a hose and drain the cooling system.
|
|

Lower the car and remove the upper radiator member, see
Upper radiator member
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the coolant hoses from the radiator.
|
|
| 6. |
Undo the connector to the relay unit.
|
|
| 7. |
Remove the fan cowling bolts and remove the fan cowling.
|
|
| 8. |
Remove the condenser bolts and lift the condenser from the radiator.
|
|
| 9. |
Remove the upper radiator mounting.
|
|
| 10. |
Remove the rubber pads and springs from the radiator.
|
|
| 11. |
Lift up the radiator.

| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the radiator into the bottom mountings.
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the springs and the rubber pads onto the radiator.
|
|
| 3. |
Fit the upper mountings to the radiator.
|
|
| 4. |
Fit the condenser to the radiator.

| 5. |
Fit the fan cowling and plug in the connector.
|
|
| 6. |
Fit the coolant hoses to the radiator.
|
|
| 7. |
Fit the upper radiator crossmember
|
|
| 8. |
Raise the car and fit the lower spoiler shield
|
|
| 9. |
Lower the car and fill with coolant.
