Engine rpm decrease at gear shift
|
Saab 9-3 SS, SC, CV MY07 - MY09 with engine B207 and manual transmission.
Customers complain that the engine rpm decreases to much when shifting
gears.
The ECM SW is calibrated to an unfavorable value within the calibration
tolerance.
The engine rpm could sometimes drastically decrease and could result
in rough idling and/or hesitation/jerking, during some driving conditions
e.g. gear shifting at a roundabout, braking before traffic lights or when
turning in a junction.
Update (reprogram) the T8 ECM with the latest status of the soft ware
for the concerned cars. The soft ware will be available at TIS2Web Release
7.5 on July 13. (Required also updated Tech2 version to 141.00).
