VEHICLES CONCERNED

Saab 9-3 Sport Combi with VIN: 71107930 - 71117051.

BACKGROUND

A batch of bolts with inferior surface treatment has been used during a limited time period in Trollhättan production.

CONDITIONS

Customer might complain about visible corrosion.

SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION

Bolts (pos. 12 (2X) on L/R side) that holds the pad (pos. 14) will corrode quickly.

ACTION

Replace the old bolts with 92 151 601 (4X) which has a better surface treatment.
