Supplement to pre-delivery service, transit supports

This bulletin advises on the supplement to the pre-delivery service and it comes into immediate effect. The 2008-2 edition of WIS will include the information.



Cars affected

Saab 9-3 M08 from and including Vehicle Identification Number 81122974 ( 4D/5D ).

Background

To avoid transit supports loosening, they are now secured with cable ties.

Parts required

Not affected.

Procedure


1. Cut off the cable ties.


2. Remove the transit supports fitted between the spring coils on the front springs. There are two supports on each side.

Save the transit supports so that they can be used if the car shall be transported again.
