Left engine pad, change

Remove the ground cable.

Remove the guard

Disconnect the positive cable (1)

Remove the holder (2) - Unscrew the bolt (3)

Undo the ground distributor - Undo the screw (4)

Undo the positive distributor - Undo the screw (2)

Undo the cable set • 3x Undo the bolt (3)

Detach the coolant hose (5)

Place 83 96 145 Centring fixture, subframe - engine to the left of the front axle member (arrows, picture I) Instruction: The guide bolt must be in the hole in the front axle member

Put both right-hand holders onto the front axle member (arrows, picture II) Instruction: The guide bolt must be in the hole in the front axle member (arrow, picture III)

2x Tighten bolt

On KM-6313 - Adjust the support mounting

Screw on the nut

Gearbox end Instruction: Turn the spindle until the brackets (1) are firmly against the guide pins

Engine control end, Instruction: Insert the support pin firmly into the engine block hole (arrow). Tighten the bolts, nut and support

3x Unscrew (1)

3x Undo the bolt (2)

4x Undo the bolt

To fit

4x Tighten bolt - Tightening torque 20 Nm

3x Tighten bolt - Tightening torque 80 Nm

3x Tighten bolt - Tightening torque 55 Nm

3x Tighten bolt

Fit the ground distributor - Tighten the bolt

Fit the positive distributor - Tighten the bolt

Fasten the cable set

Fasten the coolant hose.
