Oil pressure, check



1. Undo the cable set connector (1) from the oil pressure switch, remove the oil pressure switch (2) from the oil pump, place a receptacle underneath.

2. Check the oil pressure with 87 91 600 Pressure measuring equipment (3) and 87 92 301 Adapter, oil pressure kit (4)

3. The oil pressure should be about 150 kPa (1.5 bar) at idling speed and oil temperature >= 80°C.

4. Fit the oil pressure switch to the oil pump - tightening torque 30 Nm.

5. Put on the oil pressure switch cable set connector.

6. Check the engine oil level, adjust as necessary.
