Mass airflow sensor, removing and fitting

/ 9-3 (9440) / 2008 / 2. Engine / 1.8 XE petrol / Simtec engine management system / Adjustment/replacement / Mass airflow sensor, removing and fitting

To remove

1.	Undo the clamps.

2.	Undo the mass air flow sensor cable set connector.

3.	Remove the mass air flow sensor - note the fitting position.

To fit

1.	Put the mass air flow sensor into the intake manifold and fasten with clamps - tightening torque 3.5 Nm - note the fitting position, the arrow in the housing shows the direction flow.

2.	Connect the cable set connector.
