                   | 
                     The cooling system is under pressure. Hot coolant and steam can escape.

                   | 
                     - Open the cap slowly to release the pressure.
                     |

                     - Carelessness can cause eye and burn injuries

       | 1. | Fill the system to the MAX mark using
        
         40 - 12 799 124 Coolant
        
        and close the expansion tank cap (the coolant should be blended with equal parts water). 
 
 | 
     
    
   
   
    
     
      
       | 2. | Connect an exhaust hose. 
 
 | 
     
    
   
   
    
     
      
       | 3. | Start the engine and let it run for a short while at varying speeds. 
 
 | 
     
    
   
   
    
     
      
       | 4. | Check for coolant leaking via the ventilation hose to the expansion tank. 
 
 | 
     
    
   
   
    
     
      
       | 5. | Top up with coolant ant screw on the expansion tank cap. 
 
 | 
     
    
   
   
    
     
      
       | 6. | Run the engine at varying speeds until the thermostat opens (radiator fan has started). 
 
 | 
     
    
   
   
    
     
      
       | 7. | Turn off the engine and top up with coolant to MAX if necessary.
