Oil warning and impaired performance in running-in phase
Symptom: The oil warning message can appear even though the oil level is above the minimum level on the dipstick. This can happen while driving long distances on main roads at constant speeds and on even surfaces.
The running-in period for the Z19 is about 4-5000 km. Before this, the car may have a lower torque than specified.
Regeneration of the particle filter is done about every 1000 km. This lasts a few seconds and consequently results in a temporary drop in engine performance.
