Intake manifold, secondary air injection

To remove


1. Remove the engine cover (A).


2. Remove the mass air flow sensor with rubber gaiter.


• " Undo the hose clips (A).

• " Remove the quick coupling (B).

• " Unplug the connector (C) mass air flow sensor.

• " Remove the delivery hose (D).

3. Remove bolt (A) and detach the crankcase ventilation hose (B) from the turbocharger. Fold the hose to the side.


4. Remove the bolt (C) from the holder pipe.

5. Detach the suction pipe from the holder (D).

6. Detach the quick coupling (E) from the valve.

7. Raise the car.

8. Remove Torque arm, front

9. Detach the quick coupling (A) from the secondary air injection pump.


10. Lower the car.

11. Lift up the pipe until the connector (B) can be removed from the sensor.


To fit


1. Plug in the connector (B) for the sensor.


2. Raise the car.

3. Fit the quick coupling (A) for the secondary air injection pump.

4. Fit Torque arm, front .

5. Lower the car.

6. Fit the quick coupling (E) for the valve.


7. Fit the suction pipe for the holder (D).

8. Fit the bolt (C) for the holder pipe.

9. Fit the crankcase ventilation hose (B) to the turbocharger, and fit the bolt (A).

10. Fit the mass air flow sensor with rubber gaiter.


• Fit the delivery hose (D).

• Plug in the connector (C) mass air flow sensor.

• Fit the quick coupling (B).

• Fit the hose clips (A).

11. Fit the engine cover (A).
