Turn the key to LOCK or remove it whenever the car is not being used. In OFF position, the battery will discharge within a couple of hours. |

The vehicle power supply system is divided into:
| BAT+ | A non-fused battery connection |
| +30 | A fused battery connection |
| +15 | A connection that is supplied voltage when the ignition key is position ON or START |
| +54 | A connection that is supplied voltage when the ignition key is in the ON position. |
| +B | A connection that is supplied voltage when the key is inserted in the ignition switch and has been turned to its first position. |
| +X | A connection that is supplied voltage when the ignition key is inserted in the ignition switch. Only used for T8 and TCS/ESP. |
