Wiring harness, tailgate

To remove


1. Remove Tailgate trim

2. Remove Upper spoiler, 5D .

3. Remove the speakers and unplug the connectors.


4. Mark how the wiring harness is fitted.

5. Unplug the wiring harness connector and undo the clips.


6. Remove the hinge seals and the cable groovers on the hinges.


7. Remove Rear side trim, 5D on the right side.

8. Unplug the wiring harness connector.


9. Detach the ground cable

10. Remove the load grille mountings on the right side.


11. Remove the rear clips of the headlining by turning them 90°.

12. Carefully bend down the headlining to access the cable holder.

13. Remove the cable holder and open the clips. Remove the wiring harness from the cable holder.


14. Remove the entire wiring harness.


To fit


1. Route and position the wiring harness.

Plug in the wiring harness connector and fit the clips.


2. Fit the wiring harness in the cable holder. Fit the cable holder clips. Fit the cable holder.


3. Reposition the headlining.


4. Fit the rear clips of the headlining.

5. Fit the load grille mountings on the right side.

6. Attach the ground cable.


7. Plug in the wiring harness connector.

8. Fit Rear side trim, 5D on the right side.

9. Fit the hinge seals and the cable groovers on the hinges.


10. Fit the speakers and plug in the connectors.


11. Fit Upper spoiler, 5D .

12. Fit Tailgate trim

13. Check the function of the wiper and washer.
