To remove


1. Remove. Gearbox assembly 6-speed or Gearbox assembly B284

2. Remove Clutch assembly

3. Remove the flywheel



To fit


1. Fit the flywheel with new bolts. Use 74 96 292 Thread locking adhesive to the bolts. Tighten alternately.

Tightening torque, Z19 160 Nm (118 lbf ft)

Tightening torque, B207 65 Nm + 40° (48 lbf ft + 40°)

Tightening torque, B284 30 Nm + 45° (22 lbf ft + 45°)


2. Fit Clutch assembly .

3. Fit Gearbox assembly 6-speed or Gearbox assembly B284
