Remove the upper engine cover (A) and insulation.
|
2.

Remove the hose (A) from the pipe.
|
3.
|
Remove the screws (B) for the crankcase ventilation pipe and detach the camshaft position sensor's connector (C).

4.
|
Undo the mounting (D) and screws (E) from the turbocharger delivery pipe. Keep track of the O-rings.

5.
|
Press down the locking catch (A) and remove the connector (B) from the heater, use two long screwdrivers.

6.
|
Lift the catches (C) and remove the heater with hose from the turbocharger's intake manifold.

Clean the heater's connecting sleeve in turbocharger's intake manifold.
|
2.
|
Lubricate the heater's O-ring with Vaseline, hold the connector carefully with a pair of pliers and attach the heater to the connector.

3.
|
Fit the heater to the turbocharger's intake manifold. Note the coding (A) on the heater and the turbocharger's intake manifold.
|
4.
|
Fit the screws (E) for the turbocharger delivery pipe and the bracket (D). Note the O-rings.

5.
|
Fit the screws (B) for the crankcase ventilation pipe and attach the camshaft position sensor's connector (C).

6.
|
Fit the hose (A) to the pipe.
|
7.
|
Fit the insulation and the upper engine cover (A).
