Sideways adjustment

1.	Remove the parcel shelf trim.

2.	Loosen the securing bolts a little.

3.	Adjust the hinge sideways by using a screwdriver.

4.	Tighten the securing bolts. Check the alignment of the bootlid.

5.	Fit the parcel shelf trim.

Backwards, forwards adjustment

1.	Remove the parcel shelf trim.

2.	Loosen the nut on the hinge bolt and adjust the bootlid backwards or forwards in the oval hole. Tighten the nut.

3.	Check the alignment of the bootlid.

4.	Fit the parcel shelf trim.

Adjusting the spring force

1.	Open the bootlid and side hatch

2.	Unhook the spring and move it to a suitable position depending on the weight of the bootlid. The springs should be adjusted equally on the right and left-hand sides.
